Cologenesis ColoCast
De-Mineralised Bone Matrix is a biocompatible and fully bioresorbable Type-I collagen-based graft material, derived from high-purity bovine cortical bone. Designed for effective treatment of osseous defects, it supports tissue regeneration and bone remodeling across various dental, orthopedic, and surgical applications. The matrix consists of non-immunogenic, flowable particles sized between 200–700 microns and exhibits excellent osteoinductive and osteoconductive properties. Easily moldable, ColoCast enhances bone growth by attracting regenerative cells and integrating seamlessly with native tissue. It is ideal for procedures such as ridge and sinus augmentation, bone grafting around implants, periodontal regeneration, and oral surgeries. ColoCast should be mixed with sterile saline or autologous blood to form a paste-like consistency for easy application in bone voids. It must be used in a sterile environment and is strictly single-use. Not suitable for patients sensitive to graft materials or in infected areas, ColoCast promotes predictable healing and resorbs naturally without the need for removal.
